My blackheads are out of a very nice, clean line of "red phase" animals produce by Split Rock Reptiles. While they are not easy snakes to reproduce and get feeding as babies, by the time I let them go they are feeding strong and make great hardy captives. They can easily be over fed and an obese blackhead will have a shorter life span and little to no reproductive success.
